JBC was founded in 1997 by Jagna Bourdeau and advises institutional German and international clients in their foreign investments. JBC has a comprehensive range of experience in the field of property investment and property assessment.

Bourdeau
The company was founded by the architect Jagna Bourdeau in November 1997. Jagna Bourdeau is French and has worked in Germany since 1989. In her activities she can rely on many years of experience in the fields of project development, project handling and property assessment.
Ms. Bourdeau has comprehensive experience in project management in numerous large-scale construction projects in various countries.

For many years she was the managing director of the German branch of a French project development company and in 1997 she set up her own business as consultant and surveyor for technical property assessment. In addition to her membership of the Chamber of Architects in the German state of Hesse and the Chambers of Architects in Luxemburg and Poland she has also been accepted as an MRICS Chartered Surveyor at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
